How does implementation work?

The primary actions during the implementation phase of Pacer are:

  • Initial lab and stockroom evaluation and walk through
  • Thorough analysis of historical consumable usage
  • Organization of consumables onsite
  • Final review of onboarding checklist (confirms items such as agreed upon min/max levels, established communication channels, recurring meetings, etc.)
